handling contentious and non-contentious intellectual property work in Hong Kong and outside Hong Kong (through working with a wide network of PRC/overseas intellectual property lawyers and agents), including searching and pre-filing advice and strategy, filing trademark applications in Hong Kong and outside Hong Kong, advising on intellectual property agreements and licenses, advising and representing clients in trademark/copyright/patent/registered design/domain name disputes
